Whether your customer is standing in the shopping aisle or looking to buy online, Koopman Ostbo's goal is to leverage everything we know about your consumer to create solutions that make that emotional connection with them.
As our client's strategic partner, we must understand your competitive landscape, past marketing and communications efforts, target audience, positioning and messaging. We engage in varying tactics to uncover key nuggets of insight to understand not only your products, but your key objectives and company culture.
Once the discovery phase is complete, we can begin to plan our recommendations. Weighing your objectives, budgets, and timelines, we are able to present a unique action plan, utilizing initiatives that best fit your specific objectives. No two plans are the same and we work together with our clients to ensure that we meet goals.
After working with you to determine your action plan, we are able to move forward with our initiatives. During the execution phase we may make updates to the plan as needed, and always keep you up to date on our work.
Throughout the execution phase we track our efforts scrupulously through various reporting systems to provide continued feedback and opportunity to understand what works and what may not, so that we can continually evolve our plan to best fit your needs.
